What are your candles made from?

Our candles are hand-poured using a premium Soy wax, housed in elegant glass vessels with aluminium lids. Each fragrance is carefully selected to create a rich, long-lasting scent experience.

How long do your candles burn?

Our full-size candles offer approximately 40–45 hours of burn time when cared for correctly. Discovery candles offer around 10–12 hours. For best results, please follow our Candle Care guidelines.

Are your candles safe to use around pets?

We recommend keeping burning candles out of reach of all pets and ensuring the room is well ventilated. If you have specific concerns, please consult your vet before use.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! Our candles come beautifully presented in their signature gift-ready packaging. We also offer a luxury gift set perfect for gifting occasions.

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, add your chosen candles to your basket, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

How long will my order take to arrive?

UK orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 2–3 business days. Express options are available at checkout. International orders may take longer depending on your location.

Can I return my candle?

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please visit our Refund Policy page or contact us to begin a return.
